Seven-seater model
<p>The second row captain's seats have an ottoman integrated into the
front of the seat cushion that folds out, letting you lay back and put your feet
up. The captain's seats also slide laterally to enable passengers to easily get
in and out of the third row seats. The centre console box can be moved backward
from the front seats into easy reach of passengers in the captain's
seats.</p>

The Large moonroof
<p>The abundant flow of light through the large moonroofs creates an
open feelings. The front moonroof tilts open for ventilation. They are equipped
with a manually operated sunshade for the front and power sunshade for the rear
moonroof.</p>
The power sliding door system and power back door
<p>The power sliding door system and power back door are easily
operated by a wireless switch on the keypad. They are equipped with an easy
closer that automatically draws and latches them to help prevent doors not being
fully closed.</p>
The audio system
<p>The audio system features a radio, cassette, CD player and 6
speakers. It features a Panoramic Live Sound System that uses the ceiling as a
speaker diaphragm, to provide dynamic sound in every seat.</p>
The dual auto air conditioning system
<p>The dual auto air conditioning system features a front neural
network control together with a rear independent temperature sensor to provide
outstanding comfort in all seats.</p>

Innovative centre meters
<p>Innovative centre meters positioned high in the centre of the
dashboard require less eye movement away from the road ahead while
driving.</p>
A seat lifter and seat cushion
<p>A seat lifter and seat cushion tilt on the driver's seat, together
with ample slide and recline adjustments, enable each driver to customise the
driving position for comfortable vehicle control.</p>
Clearance and back sonars
<p>Clearance and back sonars detect obstacles close to the car, and
inform the driver using the display and a buzz.</p>
Conversation mirror
<p>A conversation mirror in the overhead console allows the front seat
occupants to check the rear seat occupants without turning around even while
driving, contributing to easy communication in the cabin.</p>
Safety
S-VSC function 1
<p>Control when braking while straddling an inconsistent road surface:
EPS assists steering torque in the direction to help counteract the difference
in braking force between the left and right wheels.</p>
S-VSC function 2
<p>Control when oversteering: S-VSC assists steering torque in the
direction to help suppress vehicle spin.</p>
S-VSC function 3
<p>Control when understeering: S-VSC assists steering torque in the
direction to help lighten the steering effort, providing the driver with limit
information. When the driver continues to turn the steering wheel, S-VSC assists
steering torque in the direction to help weight the steering
effort.</p>
Intelligent AFS
<p>The low beam discharge headlamps(Hyper-wide) and Intelligent
AFS(Adaptive Front-Lighting System) contribute to excellent into the door
mirrors. In an emergency, the Pre-crash safety system rewinds the front
seatbelts to help assist occupant restraint.</p>
Airbags
<p>To help reduce the impact to occupants in a collision, the Previa is
equipped with SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) airbags, an SRS knee airbag on
the driver's seat, SRS side airbags and SRS curtain shield
airbags.</p><p>For the SRS airbags to work effectively,seatbelts
must be worn correctly at all times. Child seats should be used in the second
and third row seats. Please do not use accessories for the seats which cover the
parts where the SRS side airbags should inflate. Such accessories may prevent
the SRS side airbags from activating correctly, causing serious injury (Toyota
genuine seat covers are specifically designed for models equipped with the SRS
side airbags. To find out about availability in your area, please inquire at
your local dealer). The photo shows all the SRS airbags activated for display
purposes only (the SRS side and curtain shield airbags only inflate on the side
of the collision in an actual accident). For details on these and other
important safety features, be sure to read the Owner's Manual
carefully.</p>
Active Headrest
<p>In the event of rear-end collisions, seats with Active Headrest
contribute to reduction of neck impact by moving the headrest diagonally upwards
cushioning both the head and back at the same time.</p>
