A 2.5l D-4D unit with 86 kw power output and 294 Nm of torque, this
sophisticated common rail injection turbo diesel engine is built to deliver
highly efficient performance. <br /><br /> Using the very latest
engine management technology to automatically adjust fuel injection pressure,
timing and volume, it ensures optimum response to every driving
circumstance.
2.5 I D-4D LO Diesel
For more pulling power lower down the gears, the 70 kw 2.5l D-4D engine
option offers 230 Nm of torque starting at just 1400 RPM.
Safety
Anti-lock Brake System - ABS
Hiace is equipped with many features which have, until now, been the preserve
of passenger cars. There's a full-size driver's airbag as standard and passenger
airbags are an option (standard in the GL Executive grade minibus).
